How customisable are the reminders?

Reminder templates are completely customisable with your own text, logo, business details, payment details, schedule and email sender domain all able to be configured to your specific business.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can change plans as needed if you're on a monthly subscription. Please contact us to find out which plan would be best suited to your business or to make any changes to an existing subscription.

How do I setup a workflow?

Available on all pricing plans, our integration with Stripe allows online payments to be made with links directly in invoice reminders. Multiple payment options in all currencies are available to customers when paying their invoices.

Can some customers be excluded from automation?

Yes, specific customers can be configured to be excluded from automated workflows or to require manual approval before reminders are sent to them.
